When your traveling it can be very hard, or almost impossible to get a good workout in. Most people take the week off as a recovery week. Its recommended to take 2 full weeks off working out every year. But other people like to stick to routine and run around to find the nearest gym. If you have the time and a gym near you, the best thing to do would be to sneak in and out with a satisfying workout. Sometimes that’s not the case, so be prepared with resistance bands. They come in variety’s of weighted resistance that works just as good as weights, sometimes even better. You will also need a jump rope if you don’t have the time or environment suited for other exercises like running.
Cardio-The cardio is broken into jump rope intervals of 2mins for 3sets per exercise set for a total of 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. if you don’t know what i mean you will get what im talking about below.
-Resistance band bench press x3
-1 leg squat x3
-2mins jump rope x3
-Resistance band tricep kickbacks x3
-Jump Lunge x3
-Resistance band row x3
-2mins jump rope x3
-60 sumo squats x3
-Push ups x3
-2mins jump rope x3
-Resistance band overhead press x3
-Abdominal exercise x3
-Abdominal exercise x3 (two abs in row for burnout)
-2mins jump rope x3
-Tricep push up hold (until fail) x3 (or another tricep exercise)
-Resistance band curls x3
-2mins jump rope x3
Total – 30mins of cardio, full body exercise.
This is more than enough to maintain your fitness level for up to two months.
