Resistance band curls are a great bicep exercise. They’re are good for toning and building strength. You can also do this exercise anywhere. In this time of year they come in handy because of vacations. To do the exercise all you need to do is place the resistance band underneath your feet and curl the band until your muscles are engaged, if you want the extra burn..hold when they’re engaged. Bring your arms down and repeat just like a standard dumbbell curl. Resistance bands are usually used in high repetition exercises for toning and rehabilitation, although some bands can be heavy.
