New recipe, one which calls for coffee!
A morning granola perfect for before or after morning workouts.
- 2 1/2 cups organic rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup grain sweetened chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice
- 1/4 cup dark roast coffee
- 1tsp pure vanilla extract
- Mix everything in a mixing bowl
- Pour mixture into 9×9 cooking pan
- Spread evenly, and press mixture down firmly
- Bake 325 F for 20mins
- Let cool for 30-40mins
- crumble up!
