Mornings, don’t ya love them!?

I finished up a jar of peanut butter on some whole grain bread for breakfast. A gooey meal for my morning fitness classes.

Today called for a whole wheat bagel, with sugar free, all natural blueberry jam! Very enjoyable before spinning, and power hour class.  Spinning today was hardcore, we had a circut that was 2mins sitting high resistance, 1min standing high resistance, 30secs hover, and 30secs sprint fast as possible.

Today started with a bagel and almond butter. Complex carbohydrate, and nut butter to boost testosterone before lifting.

Before leaving for the gym I made a shiny green post-workout shake.

4fl oz skim milk
4fl oz soy milk
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop amazing grass greensuperfood
1/2 cup oatmeal
