I woke up on a sunny depressing/rainy day to some kashi crunch with skim milk, and blueberries. This morning was one of those days where you have to think why did I ever get up.

Today I was in the mood for some yogurt, green yogurt. I mixed some Amazing grass greensuperfood with some yogurt and granola, to make a great meal to start my mid week breakfast.
