Breakfast was the normal, granola and yogurt.

While drinking a warm cup a joe “sitting on the furnace vent!” oh common, who doesn’t warm up on the nice warm furnace vent on cold mornings?

Shortly after eating I went downstairs to exercise so I can indulge tonight.

Today called for a whole wheat bagel, with sugar free, all natural blueberry jam! Very enjoyable before spinning, and power hour class.  Spinning today was hardcore, we had a circut that was 2mins sitting high resistance, 1min standing high resistance, 30secs hover, and 30secs sprint fast as possible.

Yesterday I bought a new peanut butter called better n peanut butter. It contains 1/2 the calories and fat.
