Welcome to my blog! If you haven’t noticed already, I enjoy running, biking, and swimming. Pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up.
Ive ran many 5ks, some 10ks, and several half marathons 2 in which I took 1st in my age group. My goals to run a full marathon, and compete in a triathlon.
But my main goals keeping myself healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I enjoy eating a healthy, well balanced diet to support my athletic goals, and promote healthy growth so I can become stronger as I get older. I like eating the vegetarian diet, but I don’t think I could go full vegan. I enjoy dairy products like Greek yogurt, and milk to provide me with a healthy calcium build up for growth.
And of course meat products, I go by the saying.. The less legs the better. Fish = 0 legs, Chicken = 2 legs, cows, pigs = 4 legs.
Favorite Exercise: Running, I enjoy it because I feel thats what challenges me the most. Its also the exercise that ive been doing the longest so I’m more familiar with it.
Secondary Exercise: Dont get me wrong, I love to strength train, but I also enjoy biking alot to. I think 50/50 of both of those two.
Favorite Food: My favorite foods a herb pasta, or a nice flank of salmon.
Why I Exercise: I think that proper exercise combined with a healthy nutritional plan can go a very long way. I exercise for pure enjoyment and to see my body grow.
How Much Do You Eat: My diet ranges from 2000 calories to 3000 calories depending on my hunger and exercise. I’m 15 so I sometimes eat more one day because of pure teenage hunger, and eat less the next day. I eat what my body tells me to, if I’m hungry I eat.
Whats Your Cardio Ratio: Depending on what my bodys trying to tell me, if my legs are sore ill bike, but if they feel good ill run. I also add alot of strength training 3-4 days a week.
Outside Of Fitness What Do You Do: I’m 15 and in High School. So right now my main goals to recieve good grades so when I graduate Ill be able to move up into college. I also spend time with family and friends because they rock!
